Ingredients:
Apple x1
Flakes
Raisins
Roasted toast
Honey
Butter
Nuts

How to make easy apple cupcake: no flours. no sugar.
-butter on halved apple & roasted in the oven about 5mins then spring some cinamon
-flakes soaked in the milk(prepared one night before) & served with some honey & black berry jam
-spring some rasins & grounded nuts & roasted toast

Basically it's a really simple recipe->half apple topped with almoud butter & oats & other things I like.
I just find the recipe from Angela Liddon, who is loving healthy lifestyle as I did. She is becoming a such good shape & healthy becase of these good eating habits & workout.

1st thing on July 1 morning.
But since I don't have the almoud butter(never heard of that in my life, it's not a common ingredient in my hometown twn), and I just don't want to search it everywhere and that is aganst my original principle for this plan-- simple!

So I think how to make creamy cupcake but not using real almoud butter?
I find out I can soak the flakes in the milk, then it passed overnight, soaked flakes may be as creamy shape?
It turns right, it looks indeed as butter. :) but it really tastes.... healthy, which I only can find the adj. to describe it.
I truly understand it will turn out being healthy flavor, so I add some honey in the flakes, but it really not enough to become the rich flavor as you expect when you see this no flour cupcake.
I chose the non salt butter on top of apple then roasted in the oven about few 5mins. hoping to add some rich flavor. But I failed, haha..  it seems needing some creamy butter or so...
