It's my 1st try of Benedict Eggs!
actually: poached Eggs.
1st egg failed, then 2nd success(I guess).
I've done this recipe on normal working Thurday 6 am in the morning!
How I gonna do that?
SO. I got so early in the morning!
5:30 AM!
Fresh air , birds singing^^
After a quick shower, I started to try it!
1st egg poached, then egg white floating everwhere in the boiling water.

then I did it on my 2nd try.
I've skipped the sause for time's running short!

Egg Benedict

Ingredients:
1 whole English muffin(you can replace it by bagels.)
2 eggs (plus 2 yolks)
Bacon
2 sticks of butter (I think I'll use only half stick)
Preparation
Instructions:
First, bring a pot of water to
a boil. While the water’s boiling, place a few English muffins halves and an
equal number of Canadian bacon slices on a cookie sheet. Lightly butter the
English muffins and place them under the broiler for just a few minutes, or
until the English muffins are very lightly golden. Be careful not to dry out
the Canadian bacon.

then immediately begin squeezing lemon juice into the blender. If you are going
to add Cayenne pepper this is the point at which you would do that.

Note: To ensure that everything
