Yahooooo! Today got home at 18:30! Unbelievable!!
After so many months busying around (actually lazy I think^^..), and got back so late at home, I really didn't have the mood to be a blogger for updating my status.. or my any my 1st time trying recipes.....
Since I've done ALL A to Z recipes and ALL in my stomach as a part of myself..
So, LET'S GET BACK TO WORK.
Falafel Salad
中東可樂餅

Prep time: 30 mins
Cook time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
鷹嘴豆 三瓣大蒜 洋蔥 檸檬汁 香草 攪拌機
亞麻子 麵包 鷹嘴豆 黑胡椒 鹽巴 大碗
Instructions
將3瓣大蒜放進食物攪拌機中攪碎, 讓它持續攪拌, 然後放進瀝乾水分的鷹嘴豆,(預留1/4杯, 稍後攪拌用), 繼續攪拌, 加進洋蔥, 檸檬汁, 與香草, 攪拌至混合即可.為了保留口感, 注意不要攪拌過頭, 平底鍋用中火預熱
2. Scoop the mixture into a large bowl. Stir in the ground flax,
breadcrumbs, cumin, reserved chickpeas, and salt and pepper to taste. Shape
into patties, about 1/4 cup each and really pack the dough in tightly so it holds
together.
將攪拌物挖進大碗中, 加入亞麻子, 麵包塊, 茴香子, 剛剛預留的鷹嘴豆, 少許鹽巴, 黑胡椒, 開始捏成餅形, 一個餅約1/4杯的鷹嘴豆泥, 請務必壓緊, 讓豆泥黏在一塊兒
3. Grease pre-heated skillet with cooking oil and then cook the
patties on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden.
For the salad: Add chopped tomato, red onion, a drizzle of hot sauce,
cucumbers, falafel, and my Lightened Up Lemon Tahini
Dressing.
倒油進中火預熱的平底鍋, 放進豆餅, 每面用中火加熱5分鐘, 或是外皮變金黃色就可以上桌, 準備沙拉, 有切好的番茄, 紅洋蔥, 一點點的辣醬, 小黃瓜, 還有中東可樂餅, 灑上點特製清爽芝麻醬
